The VZG-12GD Indoor High-Voltage Three-Position Vacuum Circuit Breaker is a compact and reliable switching device designed for 3.6–12kV power systems. Featuring fixed sealing technology and modular construction, the VZG-12GD integrates a sealed vacuum circuit breaker, rotary disconnector, grounding switch, sensors, interlocking mechanisms, and operating mechanism into a compact assembly. The fixed sealed main circuit improves environmental adaptability and insulation reliability while supporting maintenance-free operation.
The breaker incorporates complete mechanical and electrical interlocking between the circuit breaker, disconnector, and grounding switch to help prevent incorrect operation. The rotary disconnector provides a visible isolation position after opening, while the grounding switch and cabinet door are equipped with additional safety interlocks to protect operators during inspection and maintenance.
With a modular operating mechanism, the main operating components can be independently replaced or maintained, providing good interchangeability and convenient servicing. Manual operation and remote control are available through AC or DC energy-storage configurations.
