Overview


The FXBW Series Rod-Type Composite Suspension Insulator is designed for reliable electrical insulation and mechanical support in 11kV–220kV overhead transmission and distribution systems. It features a silicone rubber housing and fiberglass-reinforced rod core, combining high mechanical strength with a lightweight structure.

The silicone rubber housing provides excellent hydrophobicity and pollution resistance, helping maintain stable insulation performance in coastal, polluted, mountainous, and high-altitude environments. Compared with traditional porcelain suspension insulators, the composite design can also simplify transportation and installation.

FXBW series configurations can be manufactured and tested according to applicable standards such as IEC 61109 and GB/T 19519, making them suitable for overhead power lines and other high-voltage electrical infrastructure.
